Fungal Molecular Ecology & Biotechnology

Introduction

Genomics is an interdisciplinary field of science focusing on the structure, function, evolution, mapping, and editing of genomes (Wiki).

We at the IHI sequence regularly fungal genomes. Here I will give some resources that cannot easily provided in public databases. Nevertheless we constantly try to improve the public resources (e.g. new annotations etc.).

Geneious Basic and Blast2GO Basic (both free) can be used to open the files. Basidiomycetes in green.
